USF has started to find its offensive touch, but the Bulls haven't been able to stop Syracuse enough to cut into the Orange lead -- Syracuse leads 47-35 with 11:49 remaining in the Sun Dome.
Center B.J. Ajayi continues to have a strong night -- he has a career-high 14 points on 7-for-8 shooting. Unfortunately, the rest of the Bulls are 8-for-36, with guards Dominique Jones and Jesus Verdejo a combined 4-for-21. Jones did hit a 3-pointer to open the second half, but the Bulls are 1-for-15 beyond the arc.
Another reason the Bulls are still in it: Syracuse's Arinze Onuaku is 1-for-9 on free throws tonight, spoiling an otherwise dominating game. He has a team-high 13 points and 11 rebounds ...
