USF senior linebacker Kion Wilson has accepted an invitation to play in the East-West Shrine Game in Orlando, becoming the second Bulls player invited to a postseason showcase game.
Wilson, who was the Big East defensive player of the week after his efforts in USF's 30-19 win against West Virginia, will be the fourth Bulls player in the Shrine Game in the past three seasons, joining Taurus Johnson (2009) and Trae Williams and Richard Clebert (2008).
The game is set for Jan. 23 in Orlando. USF safety Nate Allen has been invited to play in both the Shrine Game and the Senior Bowl a week later in Mobile, but hasn't committed to play in either game.
-- From the Cool Stat Dept., USF has figured out that Bulls quarterback B.J. Daniels has the highest yards-per-completion -- 17.1 yards -- of any quarterback nationally in the top 100 in passing efficiency. He also leads all freshmen quarterbacks nationally in rushing yards per game and is seventh among all quarterbacks in rushing.

Times sportswriter Greg Auman, who covers USF, will post news and thoughts on the Bulletin and we invite your participation in the comments area.
I like Kion's intensity. He doesn't seem to have the explosive impact of T-Mac, but he never quits, and he's always at full tilt. Love watching him play, and am glad he's getting some recognition.
Now...go BLOW UP RU, Kion & Co. Show them what a difference a year makes.
BJ, do your thing. Relaxed, but not overconfident. Take what they give you, but STRETCH the field with the deep ball. And WRs...GET IT. No drops.
Offense: repeat the WVU discipline. Few penalties. NO turnovers. GO BULLS!

Those stats are cool but the only one that proves he is a winner is W's. Keep up the good work BJ, but let's concentrate on getting better every week

His yards per attempt rank him 4th, just behind Masoli from Oregon and just in front of Pryor from Ohio State.

Where does his yards per attempt average rank?
